Scholarships

Good Morning EEVPA Students and Staff

Listed below are several scholarships with deadlines beginning Friday, February 15, 2013 thru Thursday, February 28, 2013.  Please click on the links below to review and distribute to your high school seniors.


Deadline: February 15 Award: $7,500
Applicants must be minority students.
Deadline: February 15 Award: $250 – $5,000
Applicants must write an autobiographical essay related to Alzheimer’s disease.
Deadline: February 15 Award: $1,000 – $5,000
Applicants must be severely physically challenged.
Deadline: February 15 Award: $1,000
Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA or higher.
Deadline: February 15 Award: $1,000
Applicants must have taken challenging courses during their high school career and demonstrated strong leadership roles within the community.
Deadline: February 15 Award: $1,000
Applicants must be gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender or a friend/ally of someone who is.
Deadline: February 15 Award: $1,000
Applicants must be majoring in a major related to the food industry.
Deadline: February 18 Award: $5,000 – $10,000
Applicants must have a disability and be studying computer science or computer engineering.
Deadline: February 18 Award: $100 – $1,000
Applicants must create an original poster interpreting the theme, “You Can Make a Difference.”
Deadline: February 20 Award: $5,000
Applicants must be vegetarians who have promoted vegetarianism in their schools and/or communities.
Deadline: February 28 Award: $2,500
Applicants must write an essay about how they can help their friends realize their value.
Deadline: February 28 Award: $1,000 – $2,000
Applicants must have completed at least 50 hours of active community service within the past year.
Deadline: February 28 Award: $2,000 – $25,000
Applicants must be majoring in a major related to engineering, technology, design, or business.
Deadline: February 28 Award: $2,500
Applicants must demonstrate a history of commitment to their community through leadership activities, community service, and/or work experience.
