FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS

CVS Pharmacy will be holding free health screenings performed by medical professionals during the month of January. No appointment is necessary.









The Health Screenings will take place on the specified days from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. The examination will include: Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI), Glucose, Cholesterol, and a Nutrition Assessment checks. The event is scheduled on the following days at these CVS Pharmacy locations:

• 18901 8 Mile Road, Detroit, 48219(January 23rd only)
• 22001 West 8 Mile Road, Detroit, 48219 (January 24th only)
• 18585 Dale Street, Detroit, 48219 (January 25th only)
• 18500 Grand River Avenue, Detroit, 48223 (January 30th only)
