Saturday ACT Test Prep
The Horatio Williams Foundation has a Free ACT Test Prep Workshop every Saturday At 8:15 A.M to Noon. Mr. Williams is a very dedicated supporter of Detroit Public Schools and has offered to provided transportation to the center from the school. This is a excellent opportunity for students to work on their test taking skills before the October 24, 2015 test. Seniors need to take advantage of all free services provided. If you are interested, please see Ms. Holsey in C205 or Coach Rickman in the main office.

I know: with 47 scholarships to browse through this month, the list can be overwhelming. That’s why EnACT has create our “shortlist” of top 10 scholarships for you to apply for. The categories range from women in STEM to picking up cigarette butts to zombie aficionados. Just click the name of each scholarship to find the application. Happy applying!
1. CIA Undergraduate Scholarship Program ($18,000 + paid summer internship)
Deadline: Oct. 15, 2015
Requirements: 3.0 GPA and 21 ACT / 1500 SAT
